About Hope Rising Child Learning Center

The mission of Hope Rising Child Learning Center is to provide a safe, affordable, high quality childcare for the students in the greater Philadelphia Area. In doing so, we support families in their efforts to reach their goals. Hope Rising Child Learning Center provides a researched based program for children, ages three months to five years. Our focus is to provide a stimulating early care and educational experiences which promote each child's social/emotional, physical and cognitive development.
