About Hope Home care

Hope Home Care provides care to the elderly and disabled. Our main office is located in Fairfax and we provide services all throughout the state of Virginia. We provide caregivers (HHA/PCA/CNA) that will come to your home to take care of your family member. All caregivers are certified in the state of Virginia and receive specialized training for each individual patient to make sure that all needs are being met. We have caregivers that can speak multiple languages to help communicate with the patient. Our goal is to provide the best care for the patient while assuring comfort and allowing them to maintain their dignity. We can make arrangements for both long-term (i.e. LTC, EDCD waiver services) and short-term needs (Recovering following a hospital procedure). Our team will work with you to develop a plan of care that best fits your needs.
