Started in August of 2002, by Dr. Kim Borgatta, Starbright Early Learning Center is an afforadable, high quality childcare center in Everett. It was established upon the belief that each child is a unique and bright star in the world. Innocent, young children try to grasp how the world works. Starbright emphasizes creativity, self-discipline, self-worth, and a positive attitude in dealing with life. What some perceive as mistakes or failures, we perceive as positive steps forward in the learning process. Starbright also supports the concept that children learn by playing.
