Atlanta's Eldercare Systems, Inc. is a licensed home care agency, operating in the northeast Atlanta, Georgia area. The agency was founded by Ellie Schmittinger in 1988. Eldercare Systems began its Georgia home health business providing geriatric care management services and adult daycare.  Ellie is a geriatric professional, who believes in everyone's need to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle throughout their lifetime and understands the desire to remain at home when aging and health issues create challenges.
