Dream Big Day Camp provides 1 staff member to every 6 campers at every age group. For every group of 18 campers we will have at least 3 core staff members. We hire mature college aged staff (and older) to maintain proper support and attention for our campers so EVERY child feels included and valued. Our secret sauce lies in our ongoing staff training, evaluation process and goal setting. We encourage personal growth in each child by providing an excellent program facilitated by nurturing and highly trained staff. Anchored in this safe and supportive community, each camper will have fun, acquire new skills, feel valued for who they are and develop a sense of belonging.
