About Delray

The services are provided by an executive director who oversees all aspects of the project, including program development and implementation. The deputy director assists the executive director in executing and monitoring the delivery of all services by providers. Our nutrition aides serves meals daily to our seniors through our food & friendship congregate meal program. The nursing staff monitors the blood pressure, glucose, and weight levels of the seniors and maintains all medical documents
