DayBreak is dedicated to expanding the awareness, availability and quality of adult care centers in Alameda County through outreach and advocacy, community partnerships and quality program development and support.Member adult care centers help seniors and adults with disabilities continue to live at home by providing a welcoming community that fosters health and wellness - and supports families and caregivers.Founded in 1993 as the Adult Day Services Network of Alameda County (ADSNAC), DayBreak has become a leading non-profit network of 13 adult care centers located across Alameda County. Centers provide specialized health and wellness programs for seniors and adults with disabilities, as well as resources and support services for family caregivers.
