About Creativo! Academy

Our mission is educating children to become creative, confident, and caring critical thinkers while preserving the beauty of childhood. Creativo! Academy practices a research-based curriculum inspired by progressive teaching concepts in the Reggio Emilia approach. Some things are best learned inside, some things are best learned outside- that s why our students engage with both environments. One of the best ways to apply the knowledge learned in school to real world settings is through service within the community. Creativo! staff members are professional, qualified, and passionate. Creativo! Summer Adventures will engage and challenge your child all day long! Activities include hiking, STEM exercises, arts and crafts, the Chicago Summer Reading Program, forest skills, bushwhacking, robotics and coding, board games, famous artist investigations, outdoor sports, and games.
