Young children have the right and deserve the priviledge to grow and develop as individuals to their fullest capacity. A child's slowly emerging self-image is built up from the day of birth. We try to provide the best possible climate in which the child can grow. This means discovering, appreciating, and encouraging each child's individuality. We recognize that a positive, healthy sense of self-worth is essential to growth and development. The child's innate sense of wonder and curiosity will urge him to learn, if properly appreciated and nourished. Our responsibility is to provide situations and tools with which each child can thoroughly explore the stage of growth he is in, by experimenting, discovering and by allowing him to move on to the next stage at his own pace. Our concern is for the total child; his emotional, social, physical, intellectual and moral-ethical development.
