Tips To Fight Child Obesity

Almost 50% of Indian children fall under the red alert zone of obesity. Please don’t take your #over-weight teens for granted…don’t ever! Not to mention the health risk, depression, inferiority complex, seclusion, and above all low self-esteem and…pain! Child obesity is the key to your children’s self-destruction.

Play, play…and play – Exercise is the key

Make your kitchen healthier – NO to fast food and carbs

Salad isn’t their snack—it should be the essential part of their meals.

Telly (TV) isn’t good at all times – Let them skip, crawl and dance

Let them water the plants, prune them and grow some green fingers. Make their play time as the most-desired one by leading them to crawl, skip and dance.
