Summer sets stage for kids to drain their energy in activities in games and various physical activities. Some parents find it hard to add nutritious foods in their kid’s diet, to tackle such kids we had made three handy and yummy recipes which kids love to eat

The watermelon and orange stick:

To make this dish all you need is water melon, orange and Popsicle cones.

       1. Blend watermelon into juice

       2. Add honey to it

       3. Drain the seeds and pour it into the popsicle cone

       4. Freeze it in a refrigerator and enjoy it with a stick, follow the same method for orange

       5. Kids love the taste and parents will love it for its goodness.

 

Mango smoothie:

Kids love the aroma of mango, this smoothie is a blend of all nutritious substance in it.

       1. Cut a palm sized mango into small pieces

       2. Blend them into a juicy form and add nuts of your choice

       3. Now blend them all and add a spoon of honey it

       4. Now add a scoop of fresh cream and serve it

 

Egg mushroom sandwich:

 

Eggs and mushroom are the hub of omega-3, vitamin A, potassium, iron, copper, and phosphorus.

Take few slices of bread and add scrambled egg with few water boiled mushrooms and serve them with crushed pepper and salt.

This sandwich serves them a healthy snack and also as a healthy breakfast.
