Ring In 2015 With Your Pet!
As you ring out 2014 and ring in 2015 it is an exciting time for a cocktail party; you can have a real different celebration if you have a pet. Pets that form a part of your family can also be a part of the New Year 2015 celebrations. There are many ways in which you can celebrate the New Year or its eve with your pet.
Ways to ring in 2015 with your pet:
Get yourself ready to ring in 2015 not by wearing your itchy tuxedo or cocktail dress but wearing your comfortable PJs and dress your dog in his/her favorite shirt or jacket. Having dressed casually get your favorite snacks like popcorn, pretzels, cheese, soda from the pantry and give your dog a treat or his favorite bone.
Next include your pet in your New Year traditions by making a resolution to lose weight and include your pet also in your diet program. This would be really smart considering that many pets are obese or overweight in USA; getting your pet and yourself to a healthy weight means you both would live longer, healthier and happier lives.
Losing weight as a New Year resolution means including your pet in your exercise regimen. It could be any pet like a dog, cat, gerbil or ferret; walk them or play with them. This would not only help both you and your pet to be healthy, but the quality time spent with them would deepen the bond with your pet.
You could not make a better resolution this New Year than to quit smoking that is not only harmful for you, but for your pet also. Your pet could also help you in keeping up to the resolution; just take your pet for a walk, play with it or spend quality time in some other way when the urge to smoke strikes.
What about spending New Year eve and day in a different way by taking part in New Year parades held in many cities. Some parades like Rose Bowl encourage horses to take part in them.
There could not be a better way to ring out 2014 and ring in 2015 but by watching a movie with your favorite snacks and cuddled with your pet. Do not run past midnight and miss on watching the ball drop on TV. It would be a special evening ringing in a New Year when you would be relaxing with your pet when everyone else is tired and drunk. As you ring in the New Year 2015, hug your dog and wish him a Happy New Year.
Yes you spent a lovely time with your pet in ringing in the year 2015; take a resolution on the eve of the New Year to continue to spend quality time with your pet and share a fruitful relationship with them. Now it is time to snuggle up with your dog on your couch and fall asleep dreaming of a wonderful year 2015.
