These aren’t charts or timetable that your kid needs to follow on a mundane food routine, this is fun, if you, as a parent ready to make it as fun. The list mentioned below are necessary for your kid to function properly without falling sick to any diseases and to have a strong metabolism.

Physical activity:

Engage your kids in a physical activity at least one hour a day, try to include yourself and make sure it’s a fun activity but not a commanding and demanding activity.

Serve a good portion of fruits and vegetables daily, to nourish your kid with good source of vitamins and other necessary supplements. This helps develop healthy physique and mental health.

Breakfast and a good night sleep:

The first most and last most important thing is to never skip your kid’s breakfast and never let them go sleepless at night. It should be your primary duty as a parent to make sure they get a complete a 8 plus hour sleep a day. With sleep their body recovers and builds.
