3) Bacopa monnieri: Most commonly known as Brahmi in Ayurveda, it contains natural antioxidants as well as improves the activities of some of the antioxidant enzymes naturally produced in the body. 6) Rhodiola: Growing in the cold regions of the world, this herb is an adaptogen that improves mood and relieves depression by raising the level of dopamine and serotonin in the brain. Known for its antioxidant effect, this herb improves memory by increasing the acetylcholine levels in the brain.
