About Capilano Playschool
The Capilano Playschool is a parent cooperative with a "learn through play" philosophy, offering children a nurturing environment and a positive introduction to the school setting. Capilano Playschool offers parents the opportunity to become involved in their child s early educational experience. It brings children and parents together to help create a strong sense of community. Our non-denominational Christian Program enriches the children's learn-through-play experiences with our love for God. This program is open to everyone - so you don't need to be a Christian family to enroll in the program. All are welcome. Our Healthy Apple Program is a Health and Wellness based program. Our goal is to start life-long learners in taking care of our body and our community. We learn about physical activity, healthy eating, and taking care of our family, our community, animals and ourselves.
