I’m hiring a part time housekeeper to help with household tasks. Someone who is reliable, detail oriented, organized, independent, enjoys a clean home, and is able to work weekly on a long term basis. You’ll be doing the following: - Picking up packages and mail from the doorman - Sorting, washing and folding laundry - Taking clothes to and picking up dry cleaning - Putting things away in their places (dishes, clothes, etc) - Creating and keeping organizational systems - Keeping track of what’s needed to purchase for the home (trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc.). - Washing and cutting vegetables - Running errands - Cooking - Throwing out old things in the fridge - Washing dishes, loading and unloading dishwasher - Returning packages / sending outgoing mail The ideal candidate is self directed, can learn my systems and how I do things and remember them or improve them over time, arrives on time, and is able to keep a consistent schedule. I will be working sometimes and on calls, so after a few days you will need to be able to work independently without guidance, but be comfortable asking questions when you don’t know something.
