Vidya Balakrishnan and it is my passion to be an early childhood educator, friend and caregiver to young children. I have a CDA (Child Development Associate) degree in Early Childhood Education and am a STARS trained, CPR / First Aid certified professional. I also have a Masters in Business Administration from NTU (Singapore) I have worked in some of the well-known preschools in the Bellevue / Redmond area for the past 8 years. My experience spans working with children of all ages from Infants to Kindergartners. The curiosity, enthusiasm and cheerfulness that children bring with them each day inspires me. I enjoy introducing activities to them, interacting with them using positive guidance and educating them, so they can enjoy the progressive process of learning through play & projects. I bring my passion and experience in early childhood education and endeavor to provide a well-rounded, caring, safe & fun environment for children to thrive in. To do so, I look forward to nurturing my relationship with families and partner with parents to provide a much-needed bridge between home and school.
