The center opened in 2007 and serves children ages 6 weeks through 12 years. Core classes include age-appropriate development and learning. Quality is reflected by a Maryland State Department of Education certification and adherence to Maryland Excels program guidelines. The center s primary purpose is to act as a support system to the families and communities. Your child benefits from a quality child care program dedicated to excellence, and you have resources that help you reach parenting goals. Tia has over two decades of experience getting her start as an at-home provider. She enrolled her child at the center part-time before buying the building. She made the move from parent to owner and remains a champion for quality child care.
