I raised my own two sons, one has ADHD. I was a caregiver for senior citizens in their homes for over 4 years. I changed careers because it became too depressing for me. I was a nanny for an almost 2 year-old little boy who is now in preschool. The next family was a one year-old little boy, but his family was doing some extensive traveling and I couldn't afford to be unemployed for over a month. My next family had two hyperactive little girls, ages 2 and 4. They both are in school now. Following that family, I returned to my first family to take care of his little sister. Their mom quit work so I am back to looking again. I love taking care of little ones, it fulfills me and doesn't feel like a job. I am currently a temporary nanny but I miss being a part of a family.
