Ebenezer Child Development Center has a rich tradition of serving the greater Austin community since 1952.The Center was created by former Pastor, Robert L. Rowe, and the congregation of the Ebenezer Baptist Church. It was the vision of Rev. Rowe to establish affordable and quality childcare for children and their families living within the East Austin Community.
