About Augusta School

Augusta School takes pride in the high quality, education and experience of our administrative staff and teaching teams. Our staff meets all the Virginia State Licensing requirements. In addition, Augusta School requires a minimum of two years of college and / or equivalent training in Early Childhood Education or related field and at least three years of experience in the Early Childhood Education profession. Augusta School also requires that each staff member pass a fingerprint background check completed by the FBI. Staff members are CPR and First Aid certified. Additionally, upon hiring all staff must complete a school orientation and a two week training process that covers all school policies, procedures, and Virginia State Licensing requirements.
