In 2007, New Milestone was created with the mission of providing preschoolers with a safe, nurturing environment in which to grow and learn. Our program incorporates all content areas including; Art, Music, Science, Math, Social Studies, in addition to Social Emotional components. All areas are adapted and modified to meet each child's individual needs. We believe that the child's greatest tool in the creation of self is their play. Through play, children are able to actively explore, manipulate, investigate, interact, create, discover and take risks. Children are endowed with a natural curiosity about their world. With the manipulation of concrete materials, children can develop new understandings about their environment, relationships with others, as well as their experiences.
