While the children are arriving they have stations with activities set up to allow them some free time to get the day started. To start the school day children review the day, week and month along with seasonal events. From there the teachers pick books to read to the students and have them interact with questions and story recall. Children are engaged in Bible stories, songs and memory treasures that follow Cross Connection for Early Learners curriculum. During movement and music the preschoolers and divided in two groups. One group moves to the movement room while the other stays in the classroom. Movement follows the SPARK curriculum to work on gross and fine motor skills. Sing and Make Music curriculum which teaches children music basics using Christian themed music.
