I’ve been a nanny for the past two years, working with two different families. Most recently, I cared for a toddler from the age of 10 months to just over two years old. My days involved everything from diaper changes and nap schedules to sensory play, outdoor walks, and introducing early learning routines like colors, shapes, and simple words. I also handled meal prep, light housekeeping, and helped create a calm and consistent environment. Before that, I worked with a family that had two school-aged kids. That role was more about after-school care—homework help, dinner, and getting them ready for bed. I got a lot of experience balancing different age needs and staying organized while keeping things fun and flexible. What I’ve learned is that kids thrive on structure, but they also need room to explore and be themselves. I’m patient, firm when needed, and genuinely love being part of a child’s daily growth and development.
