About Alpha Academy

Alpha Academy is a nurturing child development and care center. We offer childcare for infants through age 12. Our goal at Alpha Academy is to encourage children to be actively involved in the learning process by experiencing a variety of developmentally appropriate activities. We use Scholastic's "Big Day" Curriculum as a benchmark tool to supplement our instruction in our Pre-K classroom and Frog Street Press in our Toddler and Preschool classes. We plan activities and interest (learning) centers in the areas of creative movement, music, dramatic play, science discovery, language arts, math, art, and other areas that interest the children.
