Discovery Time Learning Center was founded with a purpose of Supporting Families, Guiding Discoveries and Empowering Children to be their very Best. We provide high quality early childhood education to infants, toddlers and preschoolers in Alexandria. At Discovery Time, we believe that children learn best when they are engaged, motivated, intrinsically curious, and having fun. Our program emphasizes learning and development using the discovery approach which encourages children to learn through discovery as they play and interact with age-appropriate activities and equipment. In this environment, our early childhood educators nurture and educate your child by serving as facilitators of learning rather than distributors of knowledge.
