About Advantage Living Centers

Reginald Hartsfield is a Detroit native and a licensed nursing home administrator. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University. Following a career at IBM, Reggie went into partnership with a hair salon in downtown Detroit. After partnering with Advantage in 1996, he became licensed as a nursing home administrator and worked throughout Michigan to improve nursing facilities. He has served on the local and national American Healthcare Association boards and is active politically to support efforts that benefit seniors.
